Is it Necessary to Update My App?

Is there a minimum contract period?

There is no minimum contract period if you decide to cancel. You can cancel the service at any time and our team will stop the work on the project. The warranty will cover up to the end date of the monthly payment cycle, and will expire from there.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to a new package. For plans above the basic level, there is a minimum waiting period of 6 months before you can downgrade to a lower package.

If I don't use available hours within a month, will they roll-over to the next month?

We're a service team with a limited monthly capacity, and we have to ensure all of our clients are served well. Therefore, if you don't use all the available hours in a month, they will expire and will not roll-over to the next month. So please ensure that you queue enough tasks and give prompt approvals to proceed with work.
